ROASTING
The traditional Italian roasting of Battistino is in a discontinuous drum machine, it is full, slow and controlled and lasts up to 20 minutes differentiated according to season and maturation of the raw coffee to give the beans a perfectly homogeneous color.
SEASONING
The mixture is then left to rest for variable periods according to a seasoning not artificially induced and at an unconditional temperature. Only when the tasting comforts the master roaster, is the coffee finally packaged, sealing its aromas in the modified atmosphere tin.
