Pleasantly surprised, not at all obvious, rich southern Chardonnay with a light medium body and harmonious sweetness. Gourmet wine with a recognizable varietal profile, the right (almost Friulian) slightly mineral salinity.

Il Sommelier: Clear straw yellow color, good consistent. Fruity pineapple, pear, apple, citrus, grapefruit. Bouquet of fresh aromatic peony flowers.

Recommended pairings: With grilled salmon, aperitif, sea and mountain hors d’oeuvres, grilled vegetables, Gorgonzola cheese; linguine with seafood.
